Stage and ScreenShakespeare, normally associated with the Globe and the Rose theatres of the South Bank of London had quite a few associations with the City of London on the North bank of the Thames. This tour takes you to the site of his house in Ireland Yard, the Blackfriars theatre where his plays were performed in the winter months indoors and Middle Temple Hall where 'Twelfth Night' was premiered on 2nd February 1602. The tour also takes you to places associated with stage and screen writers such as Agatha Christie, Goldsmith and Mortimer and films such as the Da Vinci Code, King Kong , Oliver Twist and countless legal and period dramas.
